The Santa Maria Valley Railroad A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Coast Belle Rail Corporation Black Friday on the SMVRR November 28, 2008 One of the largest setouts in recent history for the Santa Maria Valley Railroad (SMVRR) happened Thanksgiving Eve - 38 cars! These pictures were taken in the Union Pacific yard at Guadalupe Friday morning as SMVRR started pulling their cars out for Monday deliveries.  Tracks 1, 2, and 4 had the SMVRR cars.      Anthony was at the throttle.  Crossing Highway 166 from the UP yard to the SMVRR yard.
