The crew is headed out to the Guadalupe exchange yard to pick up quite a few cars. SMVRR got its first setout last night since the Metrolink accident at Chatsworth blocked much of the coast mainline a week ago. ![]() And Anthony Torres did the engineering honors. ![]() Anthony (in the cab) chats with Rob Himoto, President of the SMVRR. ![]() ![]() Jim gives a final wave as No. 70 heads for the gate and out of the yard for the last time. ![]() The rear of the loco is at the spot that will soon mark the new eastern terminus of the SMVRR along the east side of McClelland Street. ![]() On down Jones Street, so long!
